El lugar donde todo empezó. Una oficina en nuestra antigua casa del edificio Basilea, en Medellín, Colombia, en agosto del año 2020. Luego de una bonita experiencia profesional y recibir poderosas enseñanzas de mi familia y las personas y líderes maravillosos con los que compartí, decidí que era momento de contribuir al mundo organizacional de manera diferente. Tomé toda la experiencia de haber sido responsable a nivel gerencial de áreas de mercadeo, ventas, administración, finanzas y de compañías a nivel general y a esto sumé las perspectivas de ser propietario de una organización, miembro de junta de otras, asesor y coach ejecutivo. Así empecé la creación de una filosofía para acompañar a empresas y empresarios Una filosofía que ha estado en evolución, buscando siempre, en el marco de nuestros valores, la mejor manera de apoyar el crecimiento y desarrollo de las personas y las organizaciones.
