Our History
The place where it all began. An office in our old home in the Basilea building in Medellín, Colombia, in August 2020. After a wonderful professional experience and receiving powerful lessons from my family and the wonderful people and leaders I shared experiences with, I decided it was time to contribute to the organizational world in a different way. I took all the experience of having been responsible at the management level for marketing, sales, administration, finance, and general company areas, and added to this the perspectives of being an owner of an organization, a board member of others, an advisor, and an executive coach. Thus, I began the creation of a philosophy to support companies and entrepreneurs. A philosophy that has been evolving, always seeking, within the framework of our values, the best way to support the growth and development of people and organizations.
