Zeuss, RyR and Estinsa

We worked with this economic group dedicated to the sale of fuels and lubricants across much of Colombia to build a strategy using the OKR methodology. We held conversations about the business and the future to adjust the direction, scope of objectives, and level of team effort, based on an ambitious growth plan.

Halcones Aviation School is a renowned aviation school. There, we supported a management succession process, simultaneously creating strength around the purpose through genuine and challenging conversations. The construction of a detailed operational and financial model allowed for a focus on relevant aspects, defining objectives, building a part of the strategy, and establishing possibilities for a better future.

Novili

At Novili, a wine and spirits distributor, we participated in the creation of a strategy that enabled the company to achieve very strong results in 2023. Based on a new financial model that we linked to the organization's commercial information, we defined adjustments to purchasing, collection tactics, commercial initiatives, and changes to the financial structure.

Color Blue

In 2023, at Color Blue, a leading clothing brand focused on the casual jeanswear segment, we supported management in structuring an operational and financial model that allowed for a reduction in inventory for garments in production, aligning the administrative, fiscal, and banking systems, and successfully supporting the renewal and expansion of credit lines.

Pewag Colombia

Pewag Colombia, a partner of Pewag International, operates in the specialized industrial chain market. There, we have created financial models that help with budget structuring, growth control, working capital, and financing needs. We also work on strategy and definitions that help maintain the relationship with its largest shareholder.

La Campana is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Medellín's El Poblado neighborhood. We have accompanied the owners in conversations that have allowed them not only to honor the principles and values they, as a family, want to uphold in managing the hotel, but also to define tactical and strategic aspects related to business operations and the assets on which it operates.
